Pet Policy

Cats are the only pets permitted.   There is a limit of 2 cats per apartment.
There is a  $20 monthly pet rent required per pet.
There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and an additional $150 for the second.

They must be neutered or spayed.

Application Fee- $75 (per rental)
Standard Security Deposit- $200
Administration Fee $100
